Returns & Refunds Policy

At Aaghaz Chai, we take pride in the quality and heritage of our authentic Assam tea. We want your experience to be as warm as a fresh brew. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Conditions for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all seals intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

As tea is a perishable food product, we cannot accept returns for opened packs, products that have been used, or items damaged due to misuse. All tea products are subject to quality checks by our specialists in Gurugram.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact form or email our support team. Kindly mention your Order ID and attach photos of the product and its packaging. Once received, our team will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refunds & Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. You can choose to receive the refund via your original payment method or as store credit for future tea rituals. Please note that bank processing times may vary.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged package or the wrong blend, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to ensure you don't miss your morning cup.
